A store where 97.8% of buyers are on mobile: and mobile takes 9.6 seconds to load.
Little Duck sells children's furniture in Brazil. The traffic is there. The demand is there. The mobile experience is losing high-intent shoppers before they ever reach a decision.
This page is the diagnostic in full: what I found, what it costs, and what I would fix first.

This is a published Revenue Leak Diagnostic, not a results case study. The findings below are real. The projected lift is a projection: an estimate based on the size of each leak and what comparable fixes typically recover. It is not a measured outcome and I am not presenting it as one.
I publish it because it shows exactly what you get in the first seven days: named leaks, real numbers, and a ranked order to fix them in.
Every full engagement on this site started with a document that looked like this one.
The situation: demand without conversion
Little Duck is a Brazilian children's furniture brand on Shopify. Higher-ticket items, considered purchases, and a buyer who researches before committing.
Conversion rate sits at 0.97%. Bounce rate is 63.76%. Cart abandonment is 86.8%.
And 97.8% of the traffic arrives on mobile: where the store takes 9.6 seconds to load.
"The issue isn't demand. It's friction."
For a high-ticket brand, these problems compound quietly. You pay for attention. Shoppers like the product. Then the experience makes buying feel slow, unclear and less trustworthy than it should.
Four leaks, ranked by what they cost
Finding 1: Mobile speed is killing the first impression
9.6 seconds to load on the device carrying 97.8% of traffic. Heavy images, above-the-fold visuals being lazy-loaded, and third-party scripts all delaying the first meaningful view of a product.
Finding 2: Most shoppers never reach the Buy button
75% of product page visitors see the price. Only 31.48% ever reach the CTA. More than two-thirds of people who reach a product page never even see the button that would let them buy it.
Finding 3: First-visit friction blocks interaction
The cookie banner blocks interaction on arrival. The email popup is difficult to close on mobile.
Finding 4: The cart creates doubt at the highest-intent moment
86.8% cart abandonment. The cart lacks clear price parity, shipping expectations, visible payment options and a direct checkout CTA.
What I would fix, and in what order
1. Fix the mobile speed bottleneck
Prioritise above-the-fold rendering, compress and correctly size images, stop lazy-loading hero visuals, defer non-essential third-party scripts.
Goal: A fast, reliable first impression.
2. Rebuild the product page around one path
Image → price → variant → CTA. Bring the decision above the point where attention drops.
Goal: Move CTA reach well above 31.48%.
3. Remove first-visit friction
Time the cookie banner and email popup so they capture attention without trapping the shopper. Make both closable with one thumb.
Goal: Stop interrupting people before they have seen a product.
4. Make the cart feel transparent and safe
Price parity, shipping expectations, visible payment options, a direct checkout CTA, and trust reassurance at the point of doubt.
Goal: Reduce abandonment from 86.8%.
What this would be worth
Projected conversion lift: 24% to 44% over 60 days
How that range is built: Each fix is sized against the leak it addresses: the share of traffic affected, how close it sits to the purchase decision, and what comparable fixes have recovered on similar stores.
The low end assumes only the speed and product page work ships. The high end assumes all four, in order.
Honesty line: This is a projection, not a promise, and not a measured result. No projection survives contact with a real store unchanged. It exists to answer one question: is this worth doing before anything else? Here, it clearly is.
The pattern
Little Duck does not need more traffic. It needs fewer places for ready buyers to give up.
Make the product, the value and the path to checkout visible and trustworthy before a mobile shopper loses patience. That is most of the job in most stores.
